5. SMS and Email Notifications

5.1 SMS Consent and Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS notifications in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive automated text message reminders from us at the phone number you provide. This consent is not required as a condition of using our service.

5.2 Message Frequency

The frequency of SMS messages you receive will vary based on:

• The number of events in your Google Calendar
• Your configured reminder settings (you can set multiple reminders per event)
• The timing preferences you select (e.g., 5 minutes before, 1 hour before, etc.)

You have complete control over message frequency through your reminder configuration.

• Texting STOP in response to any SMS reminder
• Visiting your Notification Settings and disabling SMS notifications
• Removing your phone number from your account settings

Email notifications are sent to the email address associated with your Google account and can be enabled or disabled independently of SMS notifications.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
